I found another video on making Affogato Al Caffe. A chef with the Culinary Institute of America, or CIA, demonstrates this Italian coffee dessert. I was aware that gelato has eggs, in which I will use vegetarian or vegan substitute. But I wasn’t aware whipped cream, sugar, and milk added. My version is very simple—just a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream and coffee. But I think I will also add vegan whipped cream. (I probably don’t need the extra sugar and milk to my version).
