At around 1 pm, I decided to go to South Coast Plaza to just walk around and see what is going on there. When I arrived, I noticed Nordstrom’s huge white banner, We’re Open. After entering and browsing inside of Nordstrom, I soon realized the mall is closed, but the department stores are open. People have to enter through the outside glass doors. I noticed there were sales, around 70% to 75%.
So, I decided to walk around the mall to visit the major department stores. Tiffanys is also open.
I browsed inside Macy’s, Saks 5th Avenue, and Bloomingdales. I didn’t go to the Metro Pointe Center, across the street, this time.
I just walked around the mall, from the outside, and through the parking lots. It was a sunny and warm day, but there was a light breeze. There weren’t too many people, but there were still some people coming and going.
I noticed I walked 2.2 miles 5,372 steps, and 2 floors within two hours of slow, sluggish walking.
