Are you like this too? Every time i eat a fruit I feel so healthy. We know that veggies are so important, but do we take them often? If you eat them occasionally, then you certainly feel like this. And you might think that you are going to wake up skinny tomorrow!
I am a vegetarian/vegan. Eating veggies and fruits give me more energy. I am getting int raw vegan food now, and I feel much healthier eating that.
I can relate! In the perfect world, eating that one apple would undo all of the diet mistakes we’ve made for the day. Wouldn’t life be grand then?
