When Herbert saw Teresa he thought; ‘dinner is served’.
She was a wacky older woman, with apparent psychological issues who owned a big house in a fine neighbourhood; the house was the kind of place he’d always dreamed of.
It was the house which truly seduced him.
Herbert, having given Teresa his big smile and sweet voice, could see she was smitten. He knew all he had to do is pretend to be in love with her, and she’d give him everything.
It didn’t take long.
Within a week Teresa was ‘in love’ with him and wanted him to move in.
