The reason Abusers are ‘successful’ at the outset is that they ‘defy logic’.
Why would Mike, the ‘Boss from Hell’ behave in such a way when he does not gain benefit, but loses money?
Why would he make his employees hate him so that they would sabotage or expose him to authorities?
It makes no sense.
Unless one is an Abuser.
The pleasure Mike gains by pushing around his employees, by having them do pointless acts, is so above orgasm that nothing compares.
He has to abuse. He feels weak and useless if he doesn’t. He must manipulate, it is the only way he feels alive.
Of course he is mentally ill; all Abusers are.
