  • Physical health: Physical health is basically condition of our body. Taking consideration from absence of any disease to fitness of a person. Fitness of a person can be effected by so many reasons like diet, lifestyle and physical activity.
  • Diet: There is a huge effect of diet on our physical activity. People who eat more vegetables and fruits are more fit than those who eat oily things or fast foods. The spiritedness of the person who eat healthy is much more than those who eat unhealthy things.
  • Lifestyle: lifestyle also has a huge effect on person’s health such as smoking. Non-smokers are obviously much healthy than those who smoke. Smoking effects the lungs and cause breathing problems due to which the person cannot walk much and has an inactive lifestyle.
  • Physical activity: We do not realize this fact that how important physical activity is for our body and for us to stay healthy. Physical activity helps you get rid of several diseases. People who exercise actually never get old because their bones are stronger than the people who do not exercise. It helps them to work properly and actively.
  • Physical health education: It is very important for the children to know the importance of physical health and it should be taught in schools to them so that they realize its importance and get themselves ready to work on it. It will develop the motor skills in them and built proper reflexes. It will help them develop a proper body posture and 90% of the problems they have with their bodily functions will be sorted out.
  • Physical health of children: It is very important for the children and teenagers to grow up with good health. It is important for them to stay active and eat healthy things every day. It is very important for us to teach children the benefits of healthy life so that it can stay with them forever.

Physical activity improves the mental health and helps them deal with stress or depression.
  • Physical health of old adults: Physical activity has a great effect on aged people. If they are physically active they will be safe from fractures and falls. They will have strength in their bones and they will be able to live independently.
  • Physical health during pregnancy: When a women starts to get her early pregnancy symptoms she should be a little too careful about her physical health. Physical activity will help her keep up a good posture. It will built endurance and strength in her and will keep her healthy throughout her pregnancy.
  • Physical health in women: Physical health of women starts deteriorating when she gets to old age. Diseases like osteoporosis start developing. If she is physically active she will be able to deal with them in a better way but if she is not physically active then she will face a lot of problems with her health.

  • We need to break this stereotype that mental health has no influence on our personality. We need to understand that something like mental health exists. Our society really needs to get rid of this thought that mental health is nothing and start to deal with it like we deal with other problems. Mental health includes psychological, emotional and our social well-being. It has a huge effect on how we think, how we feel and how we act. It also helps us to decide how we deal with our daily life problems. It is important at every stage of our life from our childhood to older age. There are different factors that influence our mental health such as genes, any life experience or different diseases.
  • There are some signs and symptoms to know if you are facing problems with your mental health or not. These are stated below:

  • Abnormal sleeping patterns,

  • Fighting for no reason.

  • Positive mental health: People with positive mental health are able to deal with their daily life problems better than other people. They cope up with the stresses of their lives in a better way. They can work productively. They have a meaningful life.

  • Mental disorders: There are different mental disorders that we need to understand and deal with them. Some of them are:

  • Eating disorders.
  • Drugs abuse disorders.
  • Stress disorders.
  • Rehabilitation center: Rehabilitation is process of giving medical and mental treatment together. Patients who are facing different mental problems are sent to the rehabilitation centers for their treatment. Treatment here is given according to the person’s need and what kind of mental disability they are facing.
  • It is the right time to realize and understand that mental health is just as important as physical health and we should treat it like we treat other diseases. People need to be aware of this fact and deal with it accordingly.
