This is a confession from another person
Best guy at work
a highly qualified professional at that
languished at middle levels
and I was his senior
and was to evaluate his works
repeat he was the very best at work
and had data in the system to prove that
then he wrote a letter
questioning my acts
I got irate
and decided to teach him a lesson
and got so angry
that I vowed to finish his career
but problems stood
in best work, huge qualifications(above me)
impeccable communications and terrific
leave record(he would come every day
and each day he would work for full 8 hours
unlike others who loitered a lot)
I wrote a false statement
that his work is full of mistakes
and he is inappropriate for my work
then I withdrew all work
from him and made him sit idle
he sat thus for nearly 10 months
and more and still does,
being educated he raised
all hue and cry, wrote
to many at many places
I never expected him to be so fearless
now I had to do something to save myself
and I did go and please
the males that would have
convicted me easily
and I survived
but today the world knows
what I had done
and he has now submitted
conclusive evidence
I am literally erased
from work records
and have resigned
yet I have shame
and guilt
in abound
and will never
forget this work hero
or his exploits!
There is more to confession but I am really ashamed to admit beyond this point but willfully would record full confession some other day now
