Tissot's October at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal

I thought this painting was appropriate for Autumn as it is called “October” and is by one of my favorite French artists Jacques Joseph Tissot. His name was Anglicized to James Tissot as he spent much of his life in England. He was born in 1836 and died 1902. He painted beautiful, fashionable women of society and often in a flirtatious way as in this painting. This was at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal (Montreal Museum of Fine Arts) here in Montreal, Canada.
