the small woman
was scurrying markets
with her daughter of five
on walks
and she caught sight
of a Rolls Royce
wherein the same Big man
alighted out
both took strides
towards each other
big man had a handsome child
a boy of seven
and woman and man’s eyes collided
eyes said something and they stood
as if by magnet of chemicals
the two kids got inside
of each other so fast
that they held hands
in 10 minutes and were laughing
and playing
then, suddenly
the woman
disentangled herself from the big man
and snatched her little girl away
and hurried on her way on a snatch
she did not want the pain in her heart
to be inherited by her little girl
and she had become a BIG WOMAN
that winter night!
