Model session @ Rotterdam – 19-11-17

Of late I am searching for new ways of rendering my pastels strokes and since I discovered Pastelmat by Clairfontaine I was able to do new things with the medium pastel. It enables me to lay complete planes and therefor is ideal to work with in a live session with short positions. I did this nude yesterday at a session in Rotterdam. I worked with strong colour contrast like greens and pinks, creating a kind of fauvism or expressionism.
