Impressionism at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal

I was happy to see that Impressionism was represented here at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal (Montreal Museum of Fine Arts) in Montreal, Canada. Here was a lovely oil painting by Claude Monet entitled “The Main Path at Giverny” from 1900. Monet lived in France from 1840-1926 and this was his house in Normandy with the famous water lily gardens and arched bridge.
