My First Thanksgiving Alone after Parents and Siblings Gone

My first Thanksgiving

after Parents and Siblings Gone

In an humble home I Read

Parents and Siblings

the immortal world Heed

A prayer for each face

as angels Race

to give them a Place

Eggs and Ham

A feast on the Lam

Thanks for my blessings

to the Great I AM

Walk and talk

Move and See

at age 80

for Me

What better Thanksgive

the Earth lets it Be

a blessing for Me

What do you think?
