In historic downtown Savannah, Georgia, we are in the famous Andrew Low House that was built in 1848. Andrew Low was a great merchant in the Cotton Trade that was centered in Savannah. It was Savannah that set the world cotton prices and Andrew Low’s family had another business on the European side where most of the cotton was shipped overseas. Many famous people stayed over at the Andrew Low house including Robert E. Lee who was later famous of course during the Civil War. This is one of the bedrooms here at the classic house.
Looks like a royal bed.
