Enraged Caths threw down her expensive equipment
in the glass door ahead then
smashed two gilded mirrors rather bad
then picking up a steel rod
used for riding her mare of long she flung it wide
not knowing there was a gent just walking in.
A handsome tall figure was that gent
deep eyes, close-cropped hairs
and an alert giant stride
as his healthy frame of near 6
gave way that he was some
uniformed operative by and by.
For the time being the rod flew with the speed
and then hit the gent
in his forehead
where it almost sank by the sharp end.
A jet of red fluid welled out
like a fountain and spewed
on floor messing up all.
Nerved by the ghastly sight
Caths screamed and ran inside
not even eyeing the gent.
Gent fell down on floor
without a word holding forehead
and then collapsing
on the shattered mirror specks
hurting himself so much more.
Many people rushed
as the gent almost fainted
but not before
he had an eyeful
of escaping aggressor
at which he merely winced.
