Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is the Heinz History Center Museum housed in a 6 story brick building full of historical items relating to Pennsylvania. It is the largest History Museum in Pennsylvania and is a Smithsonian affiliate. The very sturdy building was originally the over one hundred year old Chautauqua Lake Ice Company and was renovated into the History Center. The strong and massive wood and steel beams were meant to take the weight of stories of Ice Blocks and is now perfect to house artifacts as a museum.
Sounds like you could see some interesting things in those parts.
