The Volcano Called Frustration

If you look closely at the picture the wisps of white smoke are actually coming from the of a volcano. Frustration most often comes to us in stages. When we learn to recognize the stages we are more likely to make adjustments to avoid an eruption. It often begins with an uneasy feeling. Fear of the unknown is one of the major causes of  that uneasy feeling. Instead of living in the moment, we are pondering what is right around the next corner.
