Jeong’s Auto Center is located at 5517 North Broadway Avenue in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. I’m not certain who this is but the painting resembles Jane Fonda in the late 1960s. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
The photo was taken with a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera. Then I used Luminar 2018 to crop, apply the Accent – AI and Sharpening filters, boos tthe contrast, clarity and saturation and increase the whites and decrease the blacks.

As far as IDing the image goes, someone on Facebook suggested Dolly Parton. I don’t see it.
