One just can not resist Mexican food. Spicy, rich flavors and multicolored dishes are typical for this cuisine. Fajitas is one of my favorite dishes ever. Chopped small pieces of meat (your choice: chicken, pork, minced meat, or mixed), vegetables: tomato, lettuce, onion, cucumber; Mexican salsa sauce or guacamole and voila! Fajitas are served. Just do not forget, that all of the ingredients are served in front of the guest, so they can decide what they will “roll” in their fajita.
