Welcome to Los Angeles, California in 2021, the New Normal. Although this video was posted at the end of December 2020, I am sure it is much worse in January 2021, two weeks later. Many of the homeless are mentally ill, or into drugs and alcohol.
The police are shooting innocent people with rubber bullets. This sounds like what Zionist Israel does to Palestinian people in the West Bank.

This is likely happening in many big cities, all over America, and maybe even the world, which is no wonder why everyone is leaving the city to a smaller town or suburb.
