Special food for special guest

When we have special house guests we never fail to prepare special food. One such most requested food is the prawns. We cook it in coconut milk with water spinach for garnishing. The dip is lemon with shrimp paste. That dish always required more rice because it is best eaten with steamed rice.

However, when the house guests would surprise us by coming without notice then we are sorry that there will be no special dishes for them. The best we can muster is the KFC chicken and pizza from Pizza Hut.
