Still patronizing our native snacks

Our native snacks are usually from the glutinous rice. We have a variety of rice cakes from the glutinous rice. The plantain banana is also another common ingredient for the native snack like the fried banana on a stick or the one wrapped like a spring roll.

In the picture is the snack called Karyoka which is made from glutinous rice. I am not sure how it is made but from the looks of it the glutinous rice powder is molded into a ball and fried with sugar before putting on a stick. It is crunchy and not sticky.
