The cassava is a root crop that produces long tubers when matured. I am fond of planting cassava since it is easy to grow. Just don’t forget to water it and after 6 months there will be the tubers that can be eaten or made into something more delicious.
The favorite in our home is the cassava cake. It is grated cassava that is baked with coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar and grated young coconut. I also put cheese as sort of toppings. They say that the cassava cake I bake is so hard to resist.
