This is not to say that fruits will strengthen the immunity of the body but will definitely make the body stronger. I don’t want to mention immunity because there are many false information that a particular fruit can prevent covid infection.
Regarding fruits in general, they have sugar content but most have vitamin C. That is the wonder of fruits that you can eat with control of sugar and a balancing vitamin C in the process. With banana you also get potassium and in papaya you get the vitamin for the digestive system.
