Living in a residential building

Whether it is an apartment building or a condo, well, it is just the same. That means you are living in a residential building with no land of your own. The land below is being shared by everyone in the building. I see you as like a chicken inside a coop.

That is why I prefer to live in a house and lot where I have my own land. I can have my own garden that I can plant whatever I wanted to plant. Even if our house is not as expensive and not as safe as a condo unit then it is all right. I love our house… and lot.
