The fruits of the rattan

For those who have experience in buying furniture you may know rattan. It is a tropical vine that is used as a cord. Usually bamboo and other handicraft use rattan for tying instead of using nail to join pieces. The rattan is very flexible and sturdy.

Few people know that rattan has fruits. In the picture are the fruits that are sour so it has lots of vitamin C. But to be honest the fruits are too sour that I couldn’t eat. Maybe they have to make it into a juice or something so it will be palatable.
