Construction during the rainy season

If you are going to build a house you have to consult the weather bureau, so to speak. It is not a good time to construct a structure during the rainy season. The workers will definitely have a hard time that work will be slower unlike when there is no rain. Worse, if the rain is continual for the whole day that work can also be halted.

Our neighbor has started construction of a small warehouse on an empty lot. The digging of the foundation is the first step. Now the holes they made are now full of rainwater. There is a forecast of more rains in the days to come. I feel sorry about that.
