Weather can ruin the plants

It is rainy season here and the dragon fruit are bearing flowers already. It is nice to see the flowering dragon fruit that will have fruits after a week. In 3 to 4 weeks time the fruits can be ready for harvesting. Our dragon fruit is the purple variety which is very sweet and just right to be eaten as is.

Unfortunately too much rain may have been destroying the limbs of the dragon fruit vine. Some are turning yellow that it is obviously dying. I am still investigating if it is caused by too much rain or maybe a fungus.
