Planting more trees to fight global warming

I have been hearing and reading about the planting of trees as a way of helping clean the environment. Our government had imposed a tree-planting program that a graduating high school student is required to plant 100 trees as part of the requirement.

I wonder where the students in the city would go to plant 100 trees. That is a big task if you are actually going to do it. But I guess those students will just get a certification from the rural town mayor but would not plant anything. That is the way of life here.
