Our special chili con carne with beans

Chili beans is another of our special dishes. Special means it is cooked just once a year or twice a year at the most. It is a Mexican food that had attracted our taste buds so we created our own recipe for that.

After the beef is tenderized, it is set aside so the beans will be boiled to the perfect texture. The sauté is the simple garlic, chili, ginger and shallot. After the sautéing the tomato sauce is added and soy sauce plus a dash of salt. Once it boils, the beans and the beef are added together with the carrots. The sliced bell pepper is added before turning off the fire.
