This man tours the CHOP area, where there is now less residents because most have left. Few remain in the occupied district. It is filled with graffiti and some tents. It looks like gangster-occupied. There are some booths, and one guy was painting a mural. Portable toilets. It appears to be quiet now, but it is still early. It looks like the remaining people are just loitering around and hanging out outside together.
I wonder if anyone is going to clean up the city and all this mess. It looks more like a place for homeless people.
