7 Practical Steps to Get Rid of Termites in Your Home

Pick out a few strips of cardboard, soak them in water and place it adjacent to the termite infested structure. 4.     Give them a sunbath:

Take the loose wooden items like furniture out of the home and place them under sunlight for two to three days. As termites thrive on darkness and moderate temperatures, they will not be able to cope up with the blinding sunlight.

5.     Freeze them:

As mentioned above, termites cannot cope up with extreme temperatures; therefore, you can also seal small wooden items into a plastic bag and put them into your refrigerator. Resultantly, termites will be frozen to death.

6.     Use Boric Acid:
