What Does the Lord Require of You?

What does God want from us? Sometimes we feel that God is chasing us for some reason and He is not disclosing it yet. This happens at the time of testing. Either God is silent or He acts as if He is chasing us and making us do something that we really do not want to do.

So, here I got this message from God today after asking Him for several days. I really could not understand what God looks for from us when we are in testing. Why would God put us into test?

“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you.To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8.

Since we are in the mortal flesh, we act childish most of the time. We do things that are not suitable for a God’s child. He wants us to grow in faith so that our enemies would be shattered and they won’t get a chance to talk bad about us. So, God increases us in His faith for the reason that we should obey Him and do the righteous thing.

God wants us to do the right only and for that He builds the right attitude in us. With the right attitude, we would love to be merciful to all, even to those who have hurt us badly, so that there would be difference between the good people of God and the worldly dons.

Since God is humble, He wants His children to be humble like Him. When He is sure that He has made us like Him, He is pleased to open the doors of blessings for us. So, what I have learn’t, you can also learn now. Obey God in His goodness and He shall shower all His wonderful blessings upon you right now from this day.

So, if you have received these blessings like me in Jesus Name, then, let’s say “Amen”.
