Smoked foods are limited to a certain area. In some localities, smoked meat is produced during holidays. This habit is passed from generation to generation. However, bacon is added to a large amount of salt before processing, then smoked, so the taste of the finished product is both salty and hard.

Pickled foods, salted foods create carcinogens – nitrite and smoked foods create carcinogens – benzopyrene. Many people have a habit of eating boiled water before eating, but doing this, except helping to make the food softer and lighter, does not cause the carcinogen to disappear.
