Tokiya is a second year student at Nashikiri High School who wields the madōgu Ensui (“Dark Water”), a sword that utilizes water to create its blade and is capable of creating and controlling all three states of water. He renamed as Dylan when franchised by GMA Network, one of Philippine’s TV Networks, that made him more renowned other than Tokiya.
Flame of Recca was authored by Hiroshi Hashimoto and ran from July 19, 1997 – July 10, 1998 with 42 episodes.
