Near the Robinson Preserves and Neal Preserve is the large flat Perico Preserve just to the West of Bradenton, Florida on the road to Anna Maria. This park was vast and full of white sand. I walked way out on the savannah like plains and came to a very large lake. It was steaming hot and I forgot to bring water but decided to walk the trail totally around the lake which was about 2 miles.
