Bronze Sculpture at the St Pete Pier

Out at the far end of the new St Pete Pier in Saint Petersburg, Florida is the main building.  In front of the main building is this nice bronze sculpture of possibly a wave.  There is a large grassy area beyond and to the left where it looks like they hold concerts or talks. The water of the St Pete Yacht Basin is all around and there are fishing boats and people on the edges fishing.  They have planted lots of Palm Trees along the entire Pier and other landscaping.  This time of year the grass is somewhat brown.
