Iced Tea with Lemon (2012-08-22 13-19-23a)
Since being diagnosed with diabetes, I’ve had to cut back on my consumption of Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately Dr. Pepper is my only addiction so cutting back has not been easy. Iced tea has made it a bit easier.
The photo was taken at Jack’s Restaurant, 5201 Touhy Avenue, Skokie, Illinois. (The diner no longer exists and the building has been torn down.)
The photo was taken using a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera. Then I used ACDSee Ultimate 9.3 to adjust the lighting and boost the contrast.

Ice lemon tea is the most refreshing drink on a hot summer (it’s summer all year long except when it’s raining) day.
And I really miss Dr. Pepper. It’s not sold here
I couldn’t live some place where I couldn’t get Dr. Pepper. 🙂
It is a great photo. I love iced tea!
I’m getting to like it more and more, especially with lemon or lime.
