Mali Sculpture at the Museum of Fine Arts

This unusual sculpture in the St Pete Museum of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg, Florida is made of metal, wood and textiles. It is a sculpture from the 12th century made in Mali, Africa by the Bamana people. It is amazing it has survived so long intact.
