I talked to some flowers

with mike in hand

Rose was arrogant

with hues

from blue to black

pinks of various sorts

reds not falling far behind

and include green at that

all with fragrance

typical

and petals on smooth shines

but marigold

was humble

as a bunch

of bright yellow

to orange

with all smiles

and perfume

was just fine

then tulips

raised

the banner

that we are unmatched

in castes and creeds

and we are handsome

I collected all three

but used none

for each pluck

I planted back

a fistful wholesome!
