Rear View of Quaint Cabin at Cades Cove

We are riding our bicycles around the Cades Cove Loop road in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee. This eleven mile road has a huge meadow in the valley between the mountains and has three primitive churches, farms with log barns and houses. Here, we stopped at a cute traditional small clapboard house with brick chimney and porch. Behind it was an older smaller log cabin with stone fireplace. As you can see they are doing a restoration of the older log cabin.
