As you enter the St Pete Museum of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg, Florida you see this is the New Wing which is attached to the older traditional wing of the Museum. This is a multistory chamber that leads you new art rooms on two levels and to the older wings. In the center is a restaurant serving food near the giant glass wall that overlooks the waterfront and Yacht Basin. Here they hang the banners of the current exhibits like this one on “Color Riot and How Color Changed Navajo Textiles“. They rotate different exhibits in this area and in all the rooms behind it. The floor is a beautiful pattern of triangular stone tiles.
