We are walking in the Michigan State Capitol Building in Lansing, Michigan built in 1872. As we go from one end of the building at the Senate Chamber to the House Chamber we cross under the Dome area. You can not help but look up at the inside of the beautiful dome. Here you can see the edge of the dome and then straight up at the central dome with natural light streaming in.
