Glass Dome Floor at the Michigan Capitol Building

When walking from one end of the Michigan State Capitol Building (in Lansing, Michigan), you walk across a large circular Glass floor. This floor is made up of glass blocks and if you look directly up you see the inside of the dome 168 feet above you. This allows the light coming in from the dome to go through the floor and light up the floor below.  It has an amazing glow.
