When out on the beach at historic Pass-A-Grille Beach I looked way up the shoreline to the North and could certainly the famous Don Cesar Hotel in its pink splendor. In this view it looks very close but it was a 30X telephoto. It was actually 1.5-2 miles to the North in St Pete Beach. A majestic and beautiful older hotel.
