We are touring the famous house Kentuck Knob made and designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1953-1956 in Pennsylvania. It is a 2300 square foot crescent shaped house with a triangular and especially hexagonal theme. Here we are walking out on the rear balcony off of the living room. The balcony has light from above from hexagonal holes cut into the roof eves letting natural light into the glassed walls to our left. Over the rail it drops down 2 stories of stone wall to the yard below. There are giant flagstones on the flooring that carry inside. This was to be the last residential home Wright, who was 87, made.
