- Outside one of the many buildings and exhibits of the Adirondack Museum (now called the Adirondack Experience) there is a patio and Ledge overlooking Blue Mountain Lake. The flowers here were fantastic and not only did I enjoy them but there was a large butterfly there feeding on the nectar. These butterflies are hard to get still enough to photograph.
