If you drive along the beaches of St Pete and continue heading South, you will pass the famous Don Cesar Hotel and then you come to a peninsula where historic Pass-A-Grille is. Here is a little town on beaches overlooking the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a nice little downtown street here where it looks like you are in a Mediterranean or a Moroccan town. When you walk down this street you come to the beautiful beach itself where there was an art festival.
