As you go into the Saint Augustine Lighthouse in Saint Augustine, Florida you come across a room with a bunch of 100 gallon canisters. These were the old oil canisters that held the lard and then kerosene for lighting the lamps at night. The Lighthouse has a full museum and many outbuildings that supported the Lighthouse.
