There are countless styles of yoga out there, from vinyasa to yin to ashtanga. With all this choice, it can be confusing knowing which one to pick. Here’s a little quiz to see which type might suit you best. Of course, this is just a guide and it can be fun to test out different practices and teachers but have a go and don’t forget to share your results and feedback!

    • Yay, glad you found something that might suit. Yin yoga is a beautifully gentle practice. Kundalini yoga is very focused on the spiritual aspects but a lot of the time it’s down to the teacher. I would recommend experimenting with different styles and teachers until you find one that works for you. Yin is a great starting point though 🙂

No two classes are the same yet most incorporate some form of sun salutations to warm the body up. These classes can be challenging and invigorating with a focus on strengthening and standing postures.
