When we got our frist fridge it was kind of talk of the town as those days very few had fridges. We had visitors and we gave them Golas a new experience for me as well.
Then there were phone calls enquiring about the fridge and not about us. But that was fine. We felt important.
Today every Tom, Dick and Harry has fridges not one but more than one. The maid also has one. We have two. It has now become a utility item and not something that provides joy the kind of joy we experienced when we bought our first fridge.
